Is Notorious British Scammer James Whitlow Free In Laos?

A notorious British thief and conman, named James Whitlow was finally arrested in November after years of scamming and stealing from locals, foreigners and businesses alike.

According to expats in Laos, Whitlow- who gave the police the name of Stuart Breakell at the time of his arrest- and his girlfriend accomplice  Jamie Louise Rhodes are up to their old trips over the border. How they got out of Cambodian prison and into the LPDR remains a mystery- but the pair have obviously made an impression already.
