Stung Treng: Smoking Samurai Sword Stabber Seized

Stung Treng: A young man was arrested at his home in Thala Parivat village, on February 9, 2021 by Stung Treng Provincial Police. The suspect was detained in connection with a sword attack on another young man.

The suspect was named as Thlay Chivit alias Toun, 21 years old. The victim, 18-year-old Li Chanlong, was stabbed multiple times causing serious injuries.

As well as the intentional violence case, the suspect was also found with an array of weapons and was using drugs. He is being prepared to to be sent to court for further legal proceedings. MCPN
