Filipino Teacher Accused of Sexual Assault on 4 Year Old
Kandal: A foreigner working as an English teacher was detained by Takhmao police after allegedly raping a 4-year-old girl in a bathroom at 10:15 am, May 9, 2019 in Takhmao, Kandal Province.
Takhmao police official said that the victim, a 4-year-old girl, is a resident of Kandal province.
The suspect, (now confirmed) Roman Palo Aquino , a Filipino, 27 years old, works as a English teacher and was living in Toul Tum Pong, Khan Chamkar Morn, Phnom Penh.
Police said that before the incident, the victim’s father had prepared a bath, dressed the victim and found no problems with the her at 7 am, She then went to attend Westland School, Takhmao Subdistrict.
When the victim arrived home at 10:30, her clothes had blood on them and (*according to the report) semen stains. The victim’s parents then took ther for a check-up at the Victory Hospital, and the doctor said she had been sexually assaulted.
The victim’s parents then questioned the child, who told them the suspect had followed her into the bathroom and assaulted her.
The victim’s parents went to the court to file a complaint, and police also called the suspect in, but he did not confess.

I do feel sorry for the kid, at that very young age she needs to suffer from that kind of trauma but the man who is in the picture was not the one who did it. He was falsely accused and we should fight to find the true culprit on who really did that to the kid. All the evidence are already submitted and it proves that he is innocent.

You seem confident the man appered on the picture is falsely accused. How do you know ?
Cause I personally know the guy. He is not the type of guy who will assult a kid.
I have credible sources. If you want to dig deeper into this, do your field research. Look at both sides, investigate, follow trails, ask relevant questions…in the end, we all want justice for the little girl and the wrongly accused.

this is a shalow accusement to the man, if the kid was rape during that time, she might cry if she feel hurt and the moment they send the kid, the other teacher might observer different action of the kid such as how she walks during that time, is the kid feel hurt or still active in playing while waiting for the parents to come etc..you shoul conduct a right investigation. do he have assistant teacher, where is the bathroom located, did u save the semen?if yes,why u dont get a dna test with the accused man and the father of the kid…do also a psychology test if the accused man have a problem in his sex desire. they must put the kid into the childrens wellfare for a while, the parents might brain wash her. question also his co~teacher if how the accused man behave in thier school..etc..
