Drunk Chinese Arrested After Accident

PHNOM PENH: A drunk Chinese driver wrecked his car and state property at about 3 am on September 15, 2018, along Russian Federation Boulevard, Sras Chak, Khan Daun Penh.

According to a source from the scene, before the incident, a Chinese man was driving a RAV4, plated 2AS-3170, at high speeds, when he hit the central divider and overturned.

Dur to his intoxicated state, the car owner was arrested at the scene.
