Beer Bootleggers Busted
Tbong Khmum: The Tbong Khmong Customs Department has seized 5,000 cases of Heineken beer and 500 boxes cigarettes smuggled illegally from Vietnam.
The bust took place on Oct. 18, 2018 in Memot, Tbong Khmum, where large trucks from Vietnam are illegally smuggling goods across the border without paying excise or duty.
Currently, the vehicles, along with the booze and tabs are temporarily stored with customs until clearance proceedings can be made.
