Two More Visaless Going Home

On February 15, 2019, at 18:20 hours, the Office of Investigation and Implementation of the Immigration Action Plan of the Police Office of Phnom Penh received two foreign nationals.

1. David Charles, male, 52 years old, taken by the police force of the Central Market of Kandal (British?) for breach of public order and without a passport and mental issues.

2. STEWART ROSS ADLER , a 64-year-old male(USA) from the police force of Phsar Deum Thkov, Chamkar Morn district, Phnom Penh, was arrested for illegal entry in public places without a passport.

Both men were detained and sent to the General Department of Immigration to carry out the proceedings of the law.
