Phnom Penh: CNE reader LJ sent a video, apparently from St. 446 near TTP/Russian Market area.
They wrote “Don’t know if you want to use this footage. TTP, 5:08pm, St. 446. Apparently (2 sources on the street) a plastics warehouse. Judging from the colour of the smoke, I’d say they’re right.”
