Reports Of Fatal Shooting In Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville: (Preliminary information) One person was reportedly killed after gunshots were in the center of Sihanoukville at around 1 am on May 1, 2020, next to the Golden Lions roundabout. Reported by Som Pheaktra.

UPDATE: According to witnesses the victim was shot by a drunken man riding a black PCX. The suspect had an argument with the victim after they both blew their motorcycle horns at each other. A fight broke out and the victim was then shot dead.

The name deceased has not been released, but is reportedly a 19-year-old Cambodian. Another Cambodian man is being questioned by police in connection with the case.
