One Dead After Chinese Woman Crashes Range Rover

Phnom Penh: (Updated) A man died at the scene and four other vehicles were damaged after a traffic accident, caused by a Chinese woman driving a car at high speed, hitting a man walking on the road. The Range Rover continued to hit 4 more cars parked on the side of the road.

The incident happened at 10:50 AM on September 19, 2021 near the Ministry of New Rural Development along Monivong Blvd., Sangkat Boeung Trabek, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.

According to sources, before the incident, a man was seen walking along Monivong Boulevard in a north-south direction when a young woman was driving a white Range Rover with license plate Phnom Penh 2AL. -2013 along Monivong Blvd. parallel to the pedestrian at high speed. The man was killed instantly, and as the woman tried to drive away, her car hit the parked vehicles.

Immediately after the incident, the traffic police stationed at the target near the scene arrested the Chinese woman, the driver handed over to the Boeung Trabek Administrative Police for questioning. FAST

Phnom Penh: (Preliminary information) At 11:10 a.m. on September 19, 2021, a Range Rover crashed, causing three vehicles to be damaged and a man to die immediately at the scene. The car was stopped by police along Monivong Blvd. in Sangkat Boeung Trabek, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.

The white Range Rover with license plate Phnom Penh 2Al-2013 was driven by a young woman, who was sent to the Boeung Trabek Sangkat Administrative Police Station.

The victim was a 30-year-old man who suffered fatal head injuries. Updates to follow. POST NEWS
