Phnom Penh: A foreigner was involved in a motorcycle accident on corner of 178 at around 7.50 pm on July 25.
Sources from the scene said that they heard a commotion and found a white male, aged in his 50’s, on the road in a disoriented state. Local people nearby helped the man and took him away- presumably to hospital.
