Useless police operation. About as useful as busting people playing cards in their back yards. Make it legal and tax the hell out of it! The government would make money, the poor people would make money and it would actually free up police to do some real work for a change. Many states in America have made it legal, Thailand is making it legal and even a United States Supreme Court Judge says it should be legal. The police could do a lot more by patroling the highways and stopping the drug crazed bus/truck drivers and idiot drivers in cars and SUV’s This would help stop the accidents and carnage on the highways like Highway #4 (The Death Highway To Hell.)

Good riddance and about time the government cracks down hard on ANY kind of Drugs. Ganja is mostly used by Barangs anyway and if they want to use it they can always go back to where they came from. The Drug growing, dealing and consumption is against the Law in Cambodia ! Period.

As if the plants destroyed were meant for “medical purpose”. Not in Cambodia anyway. I know it’s positive effects in medicine but the FAG Heads i see here everyday need help at the other end of the plants “healing properties” specctrum. You do a research and you’ll find that “recreational Marijuana” is an entry drug, highly addictive and bad for your mental health.

“Many states in the US made Marijuana legal “. Yeah, but that doesn’t mean that it is also illegal in other US States like in Southern California. The difference between US Drug cultivation and Cambodia is the sheer volume:
