Highlander Hits Divider Dead Center
Phnom Penh: A woman drove a Highlander car carelessly, swerved and hit a concrete divider, causing damage, but fortunately not endangering people.
The accident happened at 7:30 pm on May 2, 2021, along Monivong in front of Boeung Trabek High School in Tonle Bassac, Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.
Sources from people at the scene said that before the incident, they saw a silver Highlander car with license plate Phnom Penh 2AS-0534 driven by a woman with three other passengers traveling along Preah Monivong from south to north at high speed. The car oversteered and hit the divider, smashing the front, but nobody was hurt.
After the incident, the local authorities cooperated with the traffic experts of Chamkar Mon district to bring the vehicle and store it at the road traffic office, waiting for a solution later. NKD
