Man Gets Hand Severed In Attack

Phnom Penh: After a verbal dispute, a suspect used a knife to cut a tuk-tuk driver, almost severing the hand from his wrist. The perpetrator immediately fled. This incident happened on March 14, 2021 at 17:30 at house 495, group 35, village 5, street 271, Sangkat Phsar Doeum Thkov, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.

The victim, Huot Sokphal, a 35-year-old tuk-tuk driver, was rushed to hospital.

After the incident, the perpetrator escaped without being identified. NKD
