Phnom Penh: At 3:10 am on March 3, 2021, the police of Prey Sar police station in Dangkor district arrested 3 suspects during a patrol of Praka village, Prey Sar commune, Dangkor district. The three suspects are:

The victim was Uon Pao, male, 27 years old, a factory worker and tuk-tuk driver, living in Toul Pong Village, Sangkat Choam Chao I, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh. The tuk stolen by the suspects, along with a Honda Wave with license plate number 1J-4639 were taken by police.
According to the information from the police, at 3:10 AM on March 3, 2021, the local patrol force encountered three suspects who were pushing a tuk-tuk in Praka village, Prey Sar commune.
