Hapless Tuk-Tuk Thieves Caught Running On Empty
Phnom Penh: At 3:10 am on March 3, 2021, the police of Prey Sar police station in Dangkor district arrested 3 suspects during a patrol of Praka village, Prey Sar commune, Dangkor district. The three suspects are:

2 / Heng Tola, male, 31 years old, living in Phum Trea 3, Sangkat Stung Meanchey 1, Khan Meanchey.
3 / Ly Makara, Male, 33 years old, living in Prey Pring Tbong 2 Village, Sangkat Choam Chao 3, Khan Por Sen Chey.
The victim was Uon Pao, male, 27 years old, a factory worker and tuk-tuk driver, living in Toul Pong Village, Sangkat Choam Chao I, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh. The tuk stolen by the suspects, along with a Honda Wave with license plate number 1J-4639 were taken by police.
According to the information from the police, at 3:10 AM on March 3, 2021, the local patrol force encountered three suspects who were pushing a tuk-tuk in Praka village, Prey Sar commune.
According to the victim, before the incident on the night of March 2, 2021, the moto was almost out of gas when he parked in front of his rented room as usual and then went to bed.
