34 New COVID Cases On Tuesday

Phnom Penh: The Ministry of Health issued the daily press release on the morning of 3 March 2021, confirming the discovery of 34 new cases of COVID-19. All are linked to the “February 20 Community Event”.

10 new cases (9 Cambodians & 1 Chinese national) are in Sihanoukville & 2 new cases (2 Vietnamese nationals) were found in Svay Rieng province.

Of the 34 infections, 15 were Cambodians, 17 Chinese and 2 Vietnamese.

The Ministry of Health announced the treatment of two Indonesians and a Chinese national who were released from hospital.

A total of 878 cases have been discovered, of which 482 have been treated with 396 active cases. Around 374 are now linked to the February 20 outbreak.
