Nigerian In Court For Wing Scam

Phnom Penh: A Nigerian man was detained by Phnom Penh Municipal Court Investigating Judge Keut Saing on the afternoon of January 25, 2021 under charges of fraud committed in Phnom Penh on January 21, 2021.

According to the Phnom Penh Military Police, the Nigerian man, 39-year-old Okeke Ikchukwu, lives at house No. 21B, Sangkat Phsar Doeum Thkov, Khan Chamkar Morn.

Phnom Penh Military Police arrested the suspect on January 21 after he committed a scam through a Wing office. He was first sent to court on January 24 and will remain in prison pending trial. RASMEI
