One More Returning Worker Tests COVID+
Phnom Penh: The Ministry of Health in a press release on the morning of January 8, 2021 confirmed the discovery of another case of COVID-19 in a Cambodian worker who had returned from Thailand.
The latest patient is a 33-year-old Cambodian woman from Bavel district, Battambang province, who entered Cambodia on January 5, 2021. She is currently being treated at the Banteay Meanchey Provincial Referral Hospital.
The case total is 386 cases detected, of which 362 have been treated and 24 active cases remain hospitalized.
