Director Of Prisons + 4 More Test For COVID-19

Phnom Penh: Secretary of State of the Ministry of Health, Lok Chumteav Youk Sambath, told local media at 12:10 midnight on November 29, 2020, “Mr. Chhem Savuth, Director General of the General Department of Prisons of the Ministry of Interior, tested positive for “COVID-19.”

Chhem Savuth was diagnosed with the virus after his wife had symptoms for 10 days (EDIT: other reports say 3 days), and was tested and found be suffering from the COVID-19 infection on the evening of November 28, 2020. She had been shopping at AEON Mall 1.
