Phnom Penh: According to preliminary reports, a man pulled out a gun at 11:00 pm on October 26, 2020, along the Russian Federation Road in front of the Royal University of Phnom Penh, Sangkat Teuk Laok, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.
The reason is not yet clear. Photos from the scene show at least for shots were fired, but no-one has been reported injured in the incident.

UPDATE: A gunman in a luxury car pulled out a pistols and fired five shots at a tuk-tuk, causing one bullet to hit, but fortunately the owner of was unhurt.
The incident surprised people and the police at 10 pm on October 26, 2020 in front of the Royal University of Phnom Penh along the Russian Federation Road at the corner of Street 261 in Sangkat Toek Laok I, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh .
According to sources at the scene, before the incident, a man was seen driving a yellow tuk tuk and saw a white luxury car without a license plate traveling down from the flyover (January 7). There was some sort of altercation between the tuk tuk and car driver. Five bullets were fired at the driver, with one hitting the vehicle. The gunman stopped the vehicle for a moment, then closed the window and drove off, according to the victim.
After the incident, the Tuol Kork District Inspector, led the force to inspect and interrogate witnesses at the scene. People are waiting to see Mr. Sok Heng, Tuol Kork district inspector, will arrest the person who shot the gun or not? NKD
UPDATE: POST NEWS says there was a ‘Rolls-Royce’ and RX570 driving together near the scene at the time, and shots were fired from the Lexus RX570.
