Another Storm Gathering In South China Sea

According to weather reports on October 19, 2020, a low pressure area is developing into a tropical storm and heading towards Vietnam.

The low pressure system is currently around the Philippines and headed towards northern Vietnam, crossing the South China Sea between October 20 and 24, 2020 at speeds of 70-80 nautical miles.

This will have an effect on Cambodia, with more heavy rains and strong winds likely by the end of this week.
