UPDATE: Road 3 Closed Due To Flooding

On the morning of October 14, 2020, at Wat Sleng along National Road 3, traffic was closed for heavy vehicles only, and small vehicles were allowed to pass. Traffic is normal at the border of Kandal Stung district in Kandal province and the border of Dangkor district, Phnom Penh.

Phnom Penh: Parts of National Road 3 were closed to all traffic late last night after serious flooding around the Prek Thnaot river.

This came after a dam collapsed upstream near Kirirom. The Stung Prek Tnaot dam is also sufering damage, with large parts of Kandal and western suburbs of the capital under threat from more flooding.
