Family Injured In Kampot Crash

Kampot: On October 9, 2020, at 11:13 AM, there was a traffic accident on National Road No. 33 between km 7.8 in Kampong Kes village, Trapeang Sangke commune, Teuk Chhou district, Kampot province, between a car and a truck driving in the opposite direction.


The Volvo truck with license plate Phnom Penh 3E.4155 and trailer with license plate Kampot 4A 0038 was heading from east to west. The driver escaped.

The red TOYOTA PRIUS car with license plate Kampot 2B1518 was heading from west to east. It was driven by Pen Map, male, 27 years old, living in Kep, who was seriously injured. Three other were in the car; Keo Srey Moch, female, 26 years old, thought to be the driver’s wife, Pen Rasar, 6 years old, slightly injured and Pen Mony Rana, 9 months old, (their children) with minor injuries. All four were sent to Kampot Provincial Referral Hospital for treatment.

Both vehicles were kept at Teuk Chhou District Police Inspectorate. POST NEWS
