Sihanoukville: A traffic accident between a car and a motorbike on O3 Road near the Total Petrol Station occurred sometime around 8 pm on September 2, 2020.

A motorcyclist died on the spot and another man was seriously injured. The Chinese driver of the car was detained by the authorities and taken to resolve the matter by legal procedure. KBS
