Young Boy Pulled From Market Sewer

Phnom Penh: At 6:45 am on July 14, 2020, there was a surprise when a boy, the son of a fruit and vegetable seller at Neak Meas Market, fell into the sewer next to the garage 168 at the corner of Street 230/239, Sangkat Phsar Doeum Kor, Khan Toul Kork.

The child was dragged out by a group of people from drain hole, he unconscious, residents and guardians shook him to get the water from his lungs.

He was taken on a motorbike to the hospital, where he is expected to recover. NKD
