Stung Hav District – Local officials say a large dolphin (*or possibly a smaller whale) weighing at least 100 kilograms was found floating off the beach of Ke Phos beach in Keo Phos commune, Steung Hav district, Preah Sihanouk province this morning.
It is not yet clear why the animal died, and fisheries officials are investigating.
