Big Fire On Otres This Morning

Sihanoukville: A fire broke out at around 05:00 am local time on the morning of July 11, at Otres 2 , Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.

So far there have been no reports of injuries.

Later reports say that Fortress (probably Footprints) and Banana Beach were destroyed. Nobody was hurt.
