Grenade Found Tied To Old Cellphone

Phnom Penh: Residents found a grenade tied to parts of a mobile telephone on a plot of land in in Prek Pnov Commune on the morning of April 3, 2020 at 8:30.

The local authority then reported to CMAC to review and remove the device. Authorities are now investigating who placed the grenade, and for what reasons.
