Expat Smashes Car Into Kampot Building (Video)

Kampot: A foreign male drove a car at high speed into other vehicles, including a Lexus and Scoopy motorcycles before smashing into a house.

The incident occurred around 6.30 pm on March 24. The injured foreign driver is believed to have been taken into custody. Nobody else has yet been reported as injured.
