Sihanoukville – On March 16, 2020, authorities took measures to demolish a two-story concrete house that it is claimed was built over a drainage canal in Village 5, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
Officials say the demolition came after an ultimatum that authorities had given the owners, who were given the choice of taking down the building themselves or face a forced knock-down. Huy Bunleng
