Phnom Penh: A post on TVK Facebook page on the morning of March 10, 2020, says an underground parking lot next to the US Embassy is 100% complete, which will relieve traffic congestion in the Wat Phnom area.
According to the post, the Ministry of Economy and Finance parking has
two floors underground with more than 340 parking spaces.
