Kep Construction Site 10 Days After

Kep: Photos show scrap collectors cutting up steel on the site of a building which collapsed on January 3, killing at least 36 people.

The owners of the site, named as Ek Sarun and his wife, Chhiv Sothy, were charged with unintentional homicide and causing injuries on January 7 and granted bail set at $88,200. Photos from Facebook
