Sihanoukville: According to a Chinese source, at 4 am on January 7, a Chinese woman was robbed and humiliated on Independence Road in Sihanoukville.
The woman had her shirt ripped off in the attack, and was fortunate to be rescued by a nearby Chinese. Afterwards the shocked woman was very upset and disturbed.
According to sources, the perpetrators may have been tuk-tuk drivers.
