Reports from Sihanoukville say that a white Prius is often spotted driving aimlessly on the streets of the city after midnight.

In the above video the shemale is caught on CCTV. She links arms with an unsuspecting Chinese man, grabed him by his family jewels and made off with his wallet containing over $1500.

Another short clip shows two of the ladyboys going to work, again after leaving a white Prius. This man managed to get away.
