Phnom Penh: A foreign man was found dead on December 13, 2019, in the toilet of Harrys Restaurant # 219, Street, Preah Sisowath, Village 4 Central Market, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.
The deceased foreigner was named as WILLIAM ALEXANDER TRUEMAN a Canadian, tourist aged 30.
Before the incident, the foreigner arrived at the Harry’s restaurant,’with a local girl. They sat down for a drink and the man went to the bathroom and did not return. Staff were alerted and found the body.
. The body was taken to Steung Meanchey pagoda.
