Sihanoukville: At 3 o’clock in the morning on December 7, a masked man walked into a Chinese owned store with a gun and a bag.
The nervous looking robber demanded cash from the till, and was reportedly given $50, in what the Chinese source called a “harmonious transaction”, which sounds like the robber was paid to go away quietly and without a fuss.
