Phnom Penh: A speeding truck hit the kerb and overturned onto a Prius at 2:40 pm. December 01, 2019 in Por Senchey District.
According to the source, before the accident, a was train passing through, stopping the traffic. Suddenly a white truck, Phnom Penh 3D-8683, came speeding from the south, clipped the roadside and toppled onto the waiting Prius. Luckily there were no serious injuries.
The truck driver then exited the vehicle and disappeared.
The two vehicles were taken to the traffic police office to arrange a settlement. POST NEWS
