Phnom Penh: The Investigation and Procedure Office at the Phnom Penh Department of Immigration received a foreign male after he was detained by Daun Penh police on November 24, 2019.

South African Lous Kruger was found to have no visa and no place to stay.

The 37-year-old South African male, arrived in Cambodia on 10.10.2019 via the Siem Reap International Airport on a tourist visa, but it seems this wasn’t his first rodeo, as he was previously posting online about doing regular visa runs.
