New Dolphin Calf Spotted In Stung Treng

WWF-Cambodia On November 25th, another new dolphin was found in Stung Treng province. According to WWF-Cambodia, the calf was spotted on November 20, 2019 at around 8:30 am in Siem Pang District, Stung Treng Province.

WWF and Kratie and Stung Treng Fisheries Research Team visited the area after receiving information from River Post on November 17, 2019 After a search, the team found the dolphin, which is thought to be about five days old.

WWF-Cambodia says this is the 12th dolphin to be born in 2019. Six were recorded in Stung Treng province and six in Kratie province.
