Harvester Blown Up By Landmine

Banteay Meanchey: Authorities say that at 1 pm on November 25, 2019, in the village of Chey Chhnang, Ou Beichoan commune, Ou Chrov district, there was an explosion in a rice field.

A buried landmine blew up after a machine drove over it, causing one man injuries and damaged the harvester.

UPDATE: The victim was identified as Chun Thoeun, a 38-year-old male from Kompong Krom village, Russey Krang commune, Maung Russey district, Battambang province.

After the incident, the victim was taken to a hospital in Sa Kaeo province, Thailand. POST NEWS
