Phnom Penh: A man’s body was found on November 22, 2019 7 am in the Tonle Sap River, near Kandal Market 1, Khan Daun Penh Phnom Penh.
Authorities said the unidentified male, was 179-centimeters tall and was a foreigner (*no more details).
UPDATE: A source has told CNE that the body was white, aged around 50 with a white/gray beard.
Police and specialists arrived at the scene to examine the body.
As a result, law enforcement coalition confirmed that the body had severe head injuries (*possibly as a result of suicide).
After the review, the body was taken to Wat Stung Stung Mean Chey 1 pending further investigation into the identity. SOURCE
