Svay Rieng: Provincial Police Officers in Svay Rieng told media on the evening of November 22, 2019 that criminal police have identified their suspect they believe murdered a worker at a factory earlier this morning.
The authorities identified the suspect as Neang Kroem, 25, the boyfriend of victim, Khem Pisal, a 24-year-old woman.
Authorities have launched a manhunt to arrest the man and prosecute him according to the law. KBN
