PHNOM PENH – At 1:40 pm on November 20, 2019, construction detritus fell from the Gold 4 building onto Mercedes with the license plate number 2BC-7788.
The incident occurred along Monivong Boulevard, Sangkat Boeng Keng Kang I, Boeung Keng Kang district, Phnom Penh.
The reason is not yet clear.
UPDATE: The site owners have agreed to pay compensation to the car, and authorities have ordered the site closed (for at least the second time).
This is just the latest in a series of mishaps at the accident prone construction site. KBN
