Phnom Penh: The Ministry of Tourism has issued a directive to businesses in Phnom Penh to refrain from selling alcohol from today, November 20.
This includes entertainment centers, KTVs, clubs, bars and restaurants, which have been requested to close.
The restrictions will be lifted following the funeral of HRH Norodom Bopha Devi. SWIFT
