Phnom Penh: A little after 10 pm on November 18, 2019, on Street 2002 in Sen Sok district, Phnom Penh, an unidentified person dumped a newborn baby boy in a rubbish bin, causing a shock to local residents.
Images show the baby had not had his umbilical cord cut, and was wrapped in a towel. POST NEWS
