Phnom Penh: On November 18, 2019 at 4 pm, The Phnom Penh Department’s Office of Immigration Investigation and Procedure received one foreigner, ANDREW HOWARD, a 59-year-old male, from police in Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh.
He had reportedly been causing a public disturbance and disrupting traffic.
The American arrived in Cambodia in 2010 via Phnom Penh International Airport (no mention on when his visa expired).
He has no job, no place to stay, and no passport. He was referred to the Department of Investigation and Implementation of the Directorate General of Immigration to carry out deportation proceedings.
On the same day at 9:00 AM HANNES HUNDSBICHLES A 48-year-old Austrian man went to the Bureau of Investigation and Immigration in Phnom Penh, asking to be sent back to his home country, because he has no ability to pay visa renewal fee.
He came to the Kingdom of Cambodia on 11.09-2019 at the Phnom Penh International Airport, as a tourist, has no accommodation, and no money.
He too was taken to the department for further processing
