UPDATE: Child Snatcher Caught In Kampong Thom
Kompong Thom: At 5:30 pm on November 16, 2019 in Kampong Thom province’s Staung District, a suspect was arrested for kidnapping a child in Pursat.
The woman has been named as Thun Thorn, 29.
The whereabouts of the young girl are not made clear in the report.
UPDATE: According to a Facebook post (below), the missing girl has been taken to police in Kampot after she was sold by the suspect (reportedly for $10,000 EDIT: Another report puts the figure at $200).
UPDATE: CPU have contacted us to say the child was found in Kampot province and has now been returned to her parents.
