Sihanoukville: A groundbreaking ceremony has taken place for 34 new roads across Sihanoukville, totaling more than 84 kilometers with three roundabouts and six bridges.
It is reported the cost of construction will come from the national budget.
Hahaha, those roads look really nice in virtual reality.
However, the reality is: they will be virtually useless after one rainy season.
