Belgian Man Dies In Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh: A foreign male was found dead at # 65E2, 2nd Floor, Street 51, Sangkat Phsar Thmei 3, on the evening of Monday, November 11, 2019 Eve

MICHEL ALBERT COLLEYN, of BELGIUM, was 71, police said.

After an investigation of the scene, authorities concluded that the death was from a heart attack could be caused by heart disease. Items belonging to the deceased were given to the Office of Immigration Investigation and Procedure Phnom Penh to save.
