The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology on the morning of November 6, 2019 said that from November 7-13, lower provinces and coastal areas will have effects from a late season tropical storm (NAKRI).
From 7 to 13 November 2019, the low pressure system will be arrive off Vietnam for a few days. The storm will hit Vietnam at the upper reaches of Nha Trang province on the night of November 9 through November 10.
The storm will gradually subside and enter Cambodia, bringing more rain and winds from around the 11th through to November 16th.
