Water Festival Dress Code Warning

Phnom Penh: On November 5, 2019, the Phnom Penh Municipal Administration issued a notification to the public and business people in Phnom Penh.

There should be no trade, purchase or wearing of uniforms similar to the ANY armed forces uniform, or clothing with POLICE, PM, ARMY etc. Walkie-talkie radios or any other confusing apparel are strictly banned during the 9 November National Independence Day and the Royal Water Festival.

Those flouting these rules face arrest and further legal action.
